Many children and families cannot afford the basics of sneakers, socks and underwear.
A new uniform gives a child the confidence to go to school and be ready to learn.
It is important for kids to feel comfortable in school. Having a new uniform, sneakers, socks and underwear helps them socially,
as well as academically, because they are not worried that their shirt doesn't fit, or they aren't in uniform.
They want to follow the rules, they want to do what’s right, they want to wear a uniform.
It helps them focus on their school work when they don’t have to worry about those things.
The Back to Basics Uniform Program provides more than 13,000 new school uniforms every year to needy children that attend elementary schools in Palm Beach County.

We rely heavily on the grants and cash donations to fund the Uniform Program, as well as supplement the Angel Program for the children's names that are not selected.
In-Kinds donations of new sneakers, socks, underwear and toys are always welcome to help supplement our Angel Program for when we need to provide these gifts directly. We also keep a supply on hand through the year for emergency requests that we receive.
Individuals are encouraged to adopt a child or a whole family to provide the basics for the Angel Program. We welcome all donations.
Perhaps a business or organization would like to adopt all the children from a particular school. We work with 40-45 elementary schools with varying numbers of children from each school. We would be happy to partner your business with a school.
Your generous gift will help us fund our mission to help those in need.
Together, we can make a difference.
100% of your donation is tax deductible.
